AllGear Digital: Rebranding to Unite Leading Media Brands
By Arnaud PETIT access_time 1 min read

Lola Digital Media has announced a rebrand to AllGear Digital. The business has secured a .com domain that exactly matches its new brand name.

The rebranding comes after the company raised $40 million in financing and made several acquisitions, including The Inertia and WildSnow. AllGear Digital, which was founded in 2018 and has an audience of over 60 million readers, operates a network of media sites that cover fitness, automotive, cycling, running, surfing, and the outdoors.

Our brands have a rich history of domain expertise, best-in-class content, and unbiased product reviews. Millions of readers trust the AllGear Digital properties for daily news, trends coverage, and a sharp eye on the latest gear. This is an opportunity for our group to double-down and reach significant scale.

Eric Phung, CEO of AllGear Digital

CEO Eric Phung said the rebranding is meant to establish AllGear Digital as a leading publisher of gear reviews and content for active lifestyles and the outdoors. The company also has an in-house brand studio that produces custom content for brands, and operates multiple podcasts. AllGear Digital plans to expand its video production team in 2023.
