Berlin-based legaltech startup Xayn, developer of Europe’s first sovereign Legal AI Noxtua, has secured approximately €80.7 million in a Series B funding. The round was led by Germany’s leading legal publisher C.H. Beck, with participation from Northern Data, CMS, and Dentons. As part of its growth strategy, Xayn has rebranded to Noxtua, aligning its identity with its flagship AI solution. The company plans to use the funds for further development of Europe’s leading sovereign Legal AI Noxtua and expansion into additional markets.
