Heat Watch rebrands to Runwise
By Kristina Mišić access_time 1 min read

On 11th October 2021, Heat Watch, one of the nation’s leading heating controls services, has announced a rebranding to Runwise. The company’s mission is to enable buildings to run more efficiently using intelligent and easy-to-install wireless hardware and software.

After more than a decade of running heating systems in buildings throughout the United States, Heat Watch will begin expanding its service to more efficiently control and monitor other critical building systems.

Today we’re taking another step in that direction, with a new name: Runwise. Why the change? While our vision has always been to run every aspect of buildings better, we knew from the beginning that we had to build the absolute best solution for one application at a time.

Apparently, this company did its homework well and realized how important it is to have a domain that exactly matches its brand name. Before switching to the exact brand match Runwise.com, the company used HeatWatch.com.

By the end of 2021, Runwise’s heating control systems will run 3,000+ buildings across the United States, reduce heating costs and carbon output by over 20%, and take the equivalent of over 35,000 cars of carbon output off the road. Runwise’s team has grown to over 85 people in 2021.

We hope the above information will help you in making informed decisions about your brand. If you want to say hi or have any questions about naming, branding, and domain names get in touch, we’re always happy to hear from you.
