Quillt owns and operates a growing portfolio of digital media properties aimed at informing and entertaining readers worldwide, intending to create niche sites with engaged audiences and strong communities.

The company has recently announced that it is upgrading and renaming one of its prime website brands SeniorsMatters.com to Seasons.com.

Our commitment to caregivers hasn’t wavered, but our new name will hopefully encompass more of what we’re about—serving as a portal to everything caregivers need to navigate the overwhelming and often intimidating role of caring for an older adult while also caring for themselves. We understand many of our readers may be simultaneously managing the care of parents, extended family, children and more—and we want to be there for them through it all.

Kasey Grelle, CEO

The website will be a resource for caregivers of older adults, offering guidance, support, and hope. Over the last year, the site’s scope and services have expanded by broadening the range of topics and services covered. While the old name offered a solid foundation, the company realized that future development would need a somewhat different focus that more accurately represented the site’s audience and the value the company sought to give.

We know caregiving and the aging process can be overwhelming, isolating and even scary at times; yet, these same experiences can also be deeply rewarding. This new name and focus will allow us to continue to serve as a steadfast partner for caregiving journey while better connecting them to the resources and information they need.

Matt Smithmier, editor-in-chief of Seasons

Domain names consisting of a single dictionary word like Seasons.com are the most expensive and sought-after because of their short length and widespread use, marketing effectiveness and many other benefits.
