The company was founded by Neve Ilan in Israel in 2012, since then illumigyn quickly grew into a multidisciplinary team combining healthcare professionals with management and business development experts. CEO and head of the Board of Directors Avi Ludomirsky joined the company in 2021. Ran Poliakine, serial entrepreneur and Lior Greenstein account among the driving forces behind the startup.

How much did they raise?

$33 million and the company says he will use the latest funding to support illumigyn’s research and development, which focuses on turning the startup into a comprehensive solution for examining the lower genital tract. It also announced it expands into the United States, United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore and South Korea starting this month.
