On September 10, the company announced a rebrand to StackGen and the successful close of a $12.3M seed round led by Thomvest Ventures, with participation from FireBolt Ventures, WestWave Capital, and Secure Octane. The rebrand reflects the company’s commitment to providing comprehensive infrastructure solutions that span the entire technology stack.

The company also appointed Arshad Sayyad as Chief Business Officer. StackGen plans to use the new funding to accelerate product development, enhance its go-to-market strategy, and drive company growth.
As part of the rebrand, StackGen secured the Exact Brand Match (EBM) domain, StackGen.com. This move is particularly important during the rebrand, as most consumers naturally seek the EBM domain when searching for a company online. StackGen.com ensures a smooth transition for current clients and partners while bolstering the recognition and strength of its new identity.
