The name Senus, inspired by the ancient Roman name for the River Shannon, embodies the company’s commitment to navigating new paths in environmental technology. 

Before the rebrand, the company operated on the .ie domain extension, the country-code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the Republic of Ireland. One of the drawbacks of using a country-specific domain extension is that it can limit a company’s perceived global reach. 

To align with its new global ambitions, Senus secured the Exact Brand Match (EBM) domain Senus.com. This strategic investment in the .com domain positions the company to expand further into international markets.
